These graph strips were created by us at Jack and Link, to be used in conjunction with our Jack and Link place value board found HERE. This list includes 6 strips with ten square blocks per strip.
Simply laminate and cut out graph bar strips. Have your child use a dry erase marker or a wax based chalk crayon and manually fill in the number of relevant bar slots to represent place values. Example: for the number 1,922 your child would fill in one block for the thousands strip, 9 blocks for the hundreds strip, 2 blocks for the tens, and 2 blocks for the ones.
* please note: depending on the quality and brand of your laminated sheets, there is a possibility that dry erase markers will not work on it. If that’s the case, wax based chalk crayons will.
This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. No physical items will be mailed to you. After purchase you will receive an email with the link to download your printable. You will receive a PDF file for printing on regular 8.5”x11” paper. I recommend printing on heavy cardstock and laminating for durability.
