Our wooden learning clock is dual sided. One side has the 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, and 60 minutes engraved on the outer rim as well as directional hands to remind early learners which direction the clock moves. We also engraved one side of the hour and minute hands with the words "hour" and "minute" to help further aid in their learning. The reverse side is your traditional clock and the hour and minute hands are reversible as well with a blank side.
- Use one side as a training side and use the other side when you'd like to quiz your early learner.
- Use the traditional side when you no longer need the training side.
- Directional hands are not screwed down or permanent in order to allow our clocks to perform dual sided.
- Clock hands are intended to be a loose fit and children can hold down the top while they move the directional hands to their intended place.
We used organic maple hardwood for our clock face and cherry hardwood for the directional hands. All pieces are conditioned with organic white bees wax and organic coconut oil.
