We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and so if you're not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return.

• You must notify us of your intent to return at hello@jackandlink.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.  Please provide the name on your order and order number.
• Returns must then be received within 14 business days of your initial email notifying us of your return.
• Returned item MUST be returned in all original packaging and in the original condition received.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyerso it is recommended that tracking be purchased and forwarded to us in order to properly track your return.
• Refund will be made within 5 business days of receiving your returned item in the original method of payment, minus the cost of original shipping. Returns may be subject to our 8% cancellation fee.
